We want to thank Council Members Tony Avella, Maria del Carmen Arroyo and James Vacca for their support of the bed bug legislative proposals that will be the subject of the New York City Council hearing on Tuesday.
Council Member Avella signed on as cosponsor of Intro 57, the original bed bug task force bill, and Intro 873, the bed bug education and hotline bill. Council Member Arroyo signed on to all three bills, Intro 57, Intro 873, and Intro 872, the Sanitation Department bags and stickers bill. Council Member Vacca signed on to Intro 873.
Council Member Vacca and his staff extended great kindness to us in allowing us to make our case in person.
