		<description>I know.  It&#039;s so encouraging.  Every city should do this, I think the interest is definitely there, and then keep those channels open because it will always be a work in progress until there is an effective control method.  But it begins always with committed people, like the Norwood tenants.

I hope we can do something like this in NYC.</description>
