This year we saw small signs of what I thought was a new empathetic and knowledgeable grasp of the bed bug issues by NYC public health officials.

Yes! Check this out. I noticed this building because it strikes me that the story told by these reports over a period of 7-8 months is the story of bed bugs in our city.
